As you may know, Microsoft released Windows® 11 in 2021. We have therefore tested our software suites for their current Windows® 11 compatibility to be able to advise you on possible upgrades.
Our tests show that:
- The majority of Interacoustics software suites are compatible with Windows® 11 - both when Windows® 11 is installed from the beginning and when updating from Windows® 10 to Windows® 11 - see overview below.
- VisualEyes™ as well as the Luna software suite are currently lacking Windows® 11 compatibility. Here we strongly recommend that you do not upgrade to Windows® 11.
For PCs delivered with the VisualEyes™ software, we have further disabled the possibility to upgrade to Windows® 11 for the time being. This will of course be rolled back once VisualEyes™ is Windows® 11 compatible, and when PCs delivered with VisualEyes™ include Windows® 11 by default.
For those software suites that are Windows® 11 compatible, please make sure that all applications are shut down before upgrading.
NOAH 4.13 is also Windows 11® compatible, for full details on their testing, please refer to their website: HIMSA Windows 11 Update
For details of the current status of each Interacoustics software suite see below:
If you have any questions or experience any issues with Interacoustics products when upgrading to Windows® 11, please reach out to us at:
*This is general advice only. Please ensure that you have checked compatibility for all NOAH related modules before upgrading, including hearing aid manufacturer's software.
